Venkaiah Naidu on PM’s interview: Wait till January 1 to know how much has come back to banks

Union Minister Venkaiah Naidu, while speaking about PM Narendra Modi’s exclusive interview to the India Today Group, said that only after a proper inquiry it will be clear whether the amount that has come back to banks is black or white.

Naidu said that he is confident that things will gradually improve and the poor will benefit the most out of the demonetisation move, as Modi had promised. He also said that Modi has taken a big and radical step hence, people will have to wait little for the withdrawal limit to go up.

The Union Minister said that once the availability of currency reaching to the banks is confirmed, then people will definitely have the right to withdraw as much money as they want.
