Krishnapatnam Port Company Ltd., (KPCL) near Nellore in Andhra Pradesh, is planning to set up one of the biggest liquid cargo terminals on the east coast along with three terminals, said a top official.Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. has taken up 100 acres of land on the north side to put up a storage tank.
