China will improve its business environment by cutting the approval time for starting a business and construction projects by about half, according to a State Council executive meeting chaired by Premier Li Keqiang.
Utility providers in cities such as Shanghai have also issued new regulations to speed up the process of receiving services.
In shanghai, only 11 industries including construction firms, restaurants, hospitals, heavy industries and livestock farms still have to apply for water permission as their waste water are a threat to the water treatment plants.
